Crystals for Calming

Many of us have experienced anxiety and stress over the last year. Lock down brings a certain sort of anxiety that can be hard to manage as well as very isolating. Particularly at the moment, grounding ourselves into Mother Earth, using crystals to do that can really help. Since the Solstice December 2020, the consciousness of trees, plants, rocks and crystals has been amplified. It feels as though our crystal friends are even more potent and powerful than before. Always choose a crystal that you are drawn to and consider blue lace agate, black touramaline, moonstone, tigers eye as crystals that will support you. Holding one, carrying it with you, wearing it as a piece of jewellery, placing under your pillow or underneath your bed are all ways of using crystals.
